Working Principle and Characteristics

Working Principle:

After injecting viscous damping oil into the lower housing, the shaft core and seals are installed. The upper cover and lower housing are ultrasonically welded together, sealing the damping oil within the cavity. The gears and shaft core generate torque by rotating and stirring the viscous damping oil;

Characteristics:

Product Characteristics: The product is a fixed-torque damping device; the torque cannot be adjusted.

Speed Characteristics: Torque is directly proportional to speed; torque increases as speed increases. The static torque at startup differs from the standard value.

Temperature Characteristics: Torque is inversely proportional to ambient temperature; torque increases as temperature decreases.
