Dongguan TEAO Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001 and relocated from Shenzhen to Dongguan in 2014. It is a professional enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of precision components such as dampers, buffers, and door locks, with over 20 years of deep industry experience.
The company operates a modern production facility spanning 6,000 square meters, equipped with advanced machinery including fully automatic oil injection production equipment imported from Japan. Centered around automated production lines, it has established a fully integrated modular system covering mold design, raw material processing, finished product inspection, and customized manufacturing. This enables the production of components that operate stably in environments ranging from -40°C to +90°C, efficiently meeting the demands of various sectors including automotive, home appliances, and industrial applications.
A standardized laboratory is equipped with various testing instruments such as profile projectors, life testers, handle damper life testers, and Shore durometers to ensure product quality.
The company has assembled a R&D team consisting of experts from Taiwan (China), Japan, Hong Kong (China), and other regions, boasting decades of industry experience, along with a high-quality management team and injection molding/assembly workforce.
Core products encompass over a hundred models, including gear dampers, cylindrical dampers, glove box dampers, synchronizers, lock mechanisms, and lock latches. These are widely applied in automotive components such as interior/exterior handles, safety handles, sunglass holders, and glove/center console boxes; household scenarios like toilet seats and electric kettles; as well as industrial machinery buffering and medical equipment—essentially all applications involving flip-cover mechanisms.
The company obtained IATF 16949 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications in 2016. It also holds over 20 patents, 12 trademarks, and 7 qualification certificates.
It has established deep cooperative relationships with Geely, BYD, Changan Automobile, and SUPOR, with products exported to Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
