Working Principle:


A. The door lock consists of a housing, a tongue, a spring, and steel pins. These four components work together to form the lock. The spring primarily functions to assist the tongue in moving up and down within the housing, generating the necessary force. The steel pins primarily work with the tongue to slide in and out of the maze-like mechanism. When the assembled product is activated, pressing the tongue causes the steel pins to slide along the maze-like tracks inside the tongue, moving into the maze's designated position. The spring then activates, producing a clicking sound.

B. For a locked labyrinth lock, pressing the latch causes the steel pins to slide outward along the housing edge and exit, also producing a clicking sound. As the steel pins slide off the housing edge, the mechanism resets, completing one cycle. Thank you!
